Wax Interactive is a full service digital marketing agency that helps brands growing their business through customer love stories. Located in many European countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland, The Netherlands, UK…), Wax is located in Ghent with a dynamic team which defines digital marketing strategies, leads consultancy missions, manages social media, media campaigns, influence marketing, etc.

Our customers are mainly international A-Brands such as Nestlé, Panasonic, Pizza Hut, Swatch Group, Pierre Fabre… Being part of SQLI Group – a European leader in digital transformation – we also help our customers on e-Commerce, mobile solutions, IoT, UX…


Your goal is to help us to hunt new clients (focus: A brands), and help us to expand our existing business. Your focus is to sell Digital Marketing activities and our Brand Activation expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • You actively hunt for leads through research on social media, cold calls, partnerships…
  • You visit your prospects and attend business events representing Wax.
  • You detect and report on identified opportunities.
  • You can define (draft) solutions as input for prospect and customer meetings and proposals. You can advise prospects on which solutions to set in place and its expected benefits.
  • You lead the presales phase by teaming up in an efficient way with other creatives and across multidisciplinary agency teams.
  • You coordinate brainstorms and consultants to elaborate a creative proposal that’ll meet the customer goals.
  • You handle the negotiation meetings and deal closings.
  • Once your deals are won, you brief and challenge the team to deliver the solution that seduced your customer.
  • You organize meetings with your customers to assess the campaigns and the activities we manage and up sell new projects.
  • Finally, your objective is to grow your accounts portfolio year by year.


  • You have at least a Bachelor or Master degree.
  • You have several years of relevant sales experience within a marketing / digital agency
  • You have excellent Dutch and English communication skills. Good working knowledge of French is a must.
  • You are a challenge seeker, constantly searching for new business opportunities with a true hunter mentality in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • You are dynamic, proactive with a strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial drive.
  • You have excellent presentation skills, are stress resistant and are proactive.
