A Digital Business Card For All L’oréal Partners
L’Oréal wanted to reinforce its relationship with hairdressers and beauty salons - regarding its L’Oréal Professional, Redken, Kerastase and Decleor brands – by offering them digital marketing tools to dynamise their development
The developed concept, proposed by WAX Interactive, comprises a complete digital transformation for all L’Oréal Professional partners in Belgium. The brand also boosts its expertise and image on the digital market and allows its partners to offer their customers optimized and innovative services.
WAX Interactive developed a digital transformation plan that allows all L’Oréal Professional partners to answer to the needs of their customers and to create more traffic to the salons. Each salon receives a performant website, entirely adapted to their visual identity and activities, but also a Facebook page, that is kept up-to-date with news from the website. These websites are responsive, user oriented and are optimized for Google referencing. The plan also gives the possibility to create a personalized logo, geolocated SEA campaigns with Google AdWords, an inspiration lookbook, to integrate with Google My business, etc. The solution gives website visitors the opportunity to book an appointement in real-time, depending on the availability of their preferred hairdresser. The hairdressers of each salon from their side, can manage their online agenda, whether the appointments were made by phone or online.
The technological platform that is used comprised Drupal 8 (1st Belgian project with this solution) and Symfony.
In the near future, an e-commerce B2B extension with a L’Oréal product catalog will be available for hairdressers. This new sales channel will give the opportunity to sell L’Oréal products online without having to worry about the logistics process, as this will be entirely managed by L’Oréal.
