Medi-Market could be considered as a true challenger in the field of pharmacies. Its aim? To break completely with the concept of traditional parapharmacies by offering cheap prices, a more extensive range and an improved shopping experience. Off-line and on-line.

And the challenge

Medi-Market asked us to do what we love most: boost their sales! As a one-stop-shop agency, we answered with a global e-Commerce strategy that involve both the creation of a new e-Commerce platform such as digital marketing campaigns.

A first UX phase allowed us to define the Persona, draw the consumer journeys and identify the digital touchpoints that the brand can leverage on. An in-depth audit of the previous strategy allowed us to identitfy all the painpoints and propose recommendations for the new platform.

While we developed the new eCommerce platform with SAP Commerce (formerly known a Hybris Commerce) , we also setup the marketing automation approach with SAP Marketing. 

On the digital marketing side, we were challenged to generate as many conversions as possible. This during well defined periods and with well defined products: from sunscreen before the holiday season to back-to-school essentials or Black Friday deals.

So how do we tackle this challenge? Simple: by motivating relevant people to buy! And with results, because every single campaign has been effective to very effective with a proven return on investment.

What we do:

  • We create several campaigns to create awareness around products or product ranges and generate eCommerce conversion. We do this for different kinds of audiences: people who haven’t bought at Medi-Market before versus people who have done so (especially within the specific category). And what about people who bought a long time ago? We reactivate those sleepy heads and find out they convert extremely well. Talking about a wake up call
  • We create the assets and setup, monitor and report campaigns such as Back to School, Black Friday, End of Year Gift Boxes, Summer promo deals, etc
